We will gladly accept your return of unused, unwashed merchandise by mail. Returns accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase will be credited for the price paid in the original form of payment.

Returning Process by Mail
To expedite your return process and ensure the accuracy of any credit, please:
Fill out the "MERCHANDISE TO RETURN" section on your original receipt. Fill out the RA# which can be obtained via an email to us. Please help us improve our service by providing the main reason for return. In the original box, carefully pack your item(s), including the tags, in the original condition, and include your completed receipt with the item(s). Be sure to keep a duplicate copy of this receipt for your records. Place the shipping label on the outside of your box and mail it back to the address on the label. Return via insured carrier for tracking purposes. We are sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D packages.

Ryzal Shipping Policies
Normally orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt. When additional processing is required, the time frame will be clearly stated.
